Meet Emma Brambell. Co-Founder of The Brambell Group
Emma has reinvented herself more times than most. After 21 years as an Army wife, moving 17 times while raising three children, she has raised millions for charity, retrained as a teacher, and developed and sold properties. Most recently, she built two successful cleaning companies from scratch alongside David. None of this followed a neat plan, which is why Emma connects so well with those asking, "What now?" She understands the feelings of losing confidence, changing direction, and starting over.
Emma brings this experience into every Brambell Group room. Warm, funny, and instinctive, she notices what others might miss. She asks the tough questions, challenges limiting beliefs, and offers honest feedback—all from your side of the table. Emma believes people don’t need fixing; they need the right environment and space to think.
This philosophy is central to The Brambell Group, especially in The Confidence and The Decision Rooms, where her real-life experiences shape the atmosphere. Outside of work, Emma enjoys horses, Italian food, beautiful homes, and bringing interesting people together around a table. She firmly believes that some of the most important conversations in business happen far from the boardroom.
Meet David Brambell. Co-Founder of The Brambell Group
David has spent most of his career making decisions where the stakes were high and the answers weren't obvious. After 28 years as a Colonel in the British Army, he took on senior corporate roles, including Director of Roadside Operations at the AA and Chief Operating Officer of a music academy. In 2022, while working in Kyiv as a Director for Crisis24, he evacuated to Romania after Russia invaded Ukraine, continuing to support teams helping those who remained behind.
Throughout his career, David has faced the fundamental challenge of making good decisions without perfect information. He has led large teams, redesigned operations, and dealt with crises, learning that effective decision-making isn't about always knowing the answer; it's about knowing how to think when you don't.
Now, alongside The Brambell Group, David works with Emma in her businesses, applying operational discipline to the world of owner-managed companies. He understands strategy, leadership, and the realities of small business—cash flow, customers, staff, and the pressure of being the one expected to have the answers.
In The Decision Room, David won't tell you how to run your business. He'll listen, question, and challenge assumptions. He'll help you distinguish between the problem you think you're solving and the one that truly needs attention. After a lifetime of decision-making, David believes you don’t need all the answers; you just need a space to think clearly about the questions.

These aren’t typical business retreats. We won’t confine you to a hotel conference room. Instead, we’ll stay in beautiful accommodations, enjoy exceptional meals, and explore hidden gems that most visitors miss.
